return policy is simple and straight forward:
We have a money back guarantee, (besides shipping). When shipping is free - "0.00", your refund will reflect the deduction of a shipping and handling charge from your final credit.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not cancel orders pre-shipment at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. After an order has been delivered it can be returned for 10 days with a return authorization number ( RA
#) you receive from us via email. Please note: All returns must be in their
original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent
freight prepaid and insured. If the item is damaged an exchange will be made or credit
issued for its market value.
We are unable to refund your cost of the original shipping of the order.
The merchandise must be in a like new, resalable
